All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If you contact us after 2 hours of placing your order we will do everything in our power to cancel the order. But we cannot guarantee we will get to it before it ships.
Refunds on cancelled orders can take up to 14 days to process.
All orders ship via United States Post office. Please allow up to 2 days for your order to ship. Orders typically arrive 3-5 days from date of order. Your shipping address must be approved by the USPS. If the address you provide results in a delay or return we are not responsible and you may have to pay additional shipping charges.
